In my situation, other party tried to make a baseless claim regarding a real estate contract, and it took a lot of time and effort to get that fixed. This could have been avoided if I would have someone with a law background as my agent. While looking for an attorney, I reached out to Mr. Seddiq, and even though he doesn't do litigation, he listened to me and helped me find the perfect attorney. Not only that, he looked at my documentation just to help me and provided me legal advice for free. He did all that without expecting anything in return because he is a great guy who cares about others. Even though I was not his client, he went out of his way to help me. One can imagine how well he would treat his own customers.
